As part of the trial, BCP must prove they have enough suitable car parking to meet parking demand.
I would argue they don’t, head to any of the chines or down south borne on a busy summer day and you know full well that they are overwhelmed.
So how do you get around this and how do you meet the requirement for enough parking space…. well, just include car parks that aren’t actually for the seafront.#
